We are a family and divorce Mediation Practice. Our mediators are fully trained and certified according to The Supreme Court Requirements in alternative dispute resolution, which means they specialize in solving divorce disputes outside of court.

If both parties agree to the terms of the divorce we will draft everything you need to file with the court and coach you through the filing process.

We have a simple 4-step process:

Step one is an office or phone consultation. We need to gather all of the information for the divorce paperwork.
Once we gather all of the information you will make your payment. You can pay in the office or over the phone. We accept cash or credit card payments.
Once the payment is made we begin drafting your paperwork which will take approximately 3-5 days to complete. We will then email the paperwork to you at which time you will review the documents for accuracy. If you have anything to add or change you will have the opportunity.
Once you’re satisfied with the paperwork you (or we) will then file the petition and begin the process.

We have a staff of certified Mediators. We come from a military and legal background. You can rest assured that you will receive top-notch and fair service at a reasonable price.
